A tegnapi borkostolorol van ez a lagy, konnyed, nem tul vajas truffle recept:
300ml double or whipping cream
450g dark chocolate broken into bite-sized pieces
50g unsalted butter
50ml brandy
cocoa powder for dusting

Heat cream to almost boiling, pour over chocolate, butter and brandy, whisk until smooth, pour into a baking tin, cool to room temperature, refrigerate over night, form into balls and dust with cocoa powder.
